Brian Nipper | Senior Web Developer, Founder

Brian started his interest in computer programming when he first started taking classes in college. As time progressed and he neared the end of his first two years, he realized that most of the newer programming class being offered were geared towards internet based applications. As this realization took hold he began spending more time focusing on developing web sites rather than computer based programming. Because on-line development offers more creativity Brian permanently shifted his attention towards web based programming. Shortly before obtaining his associates in Computer Programming and Analysis, Brian completed a six month course on the .NET framework. He is also well versed in classic ASP, PHP, vbScript, and Javascript.

As Brash Development has grown and the client base has continued to expand, Brian has found that many of the administrative duties fall squarely on his shoulders. As such, many clients find it reassuring to know that when they are working with him in the development of their site, not only are they getting the best in experience, they are also dealing with the head of the company, which ensures results as fast as possible.

Ashley Nipper | Accountant, Project Coordinator

Ashley makes Brash Web Design a family operated company, being the wife of Founder Brian Nipper. Ashley's experience as a manager and a degree in Accounting, help ensure that each project is priced fairly as well as helping ensure the livelyhood of the company. She is a key to the longevity of the company.

While keeping the books balanced and the work flow consistent to ensure dependable quotes on turn around time, Ashley is also the editor of the written content of each website. She helps ensure that each site is grammatically correct and presents a professional feel that is of the utmost importance to the success of any web site.
